Your privacy

What we keep

• Booking and feature requests. The name, contact and message you send through the form on Connect, so our team can answer you.
• The fan list. If you join, the email (and name, if you give one) you leave with us, and a short share code so we know who brought you.
• The emails we send you. A welcome when you join, and a note when Mon releases something new. We keep a record of which emails went to which address, so nobody gets the same one twice, and whether you have unsubscribed.
• Phone alerts. If you add this site to your home screen and allow notifications, your browser hands us an address to send new-drop alerts to. It carries no name.
• Keeping the forms safe. To stop abuse, we count how often each connection sends a form, using a scrambled version of its network address that cannot be turned back into it. The count is deleted within the hour.
• On your own device. Your browser remembers a few small things for this site: whether you have seen the intro, which rooms you have walked, whether you closed the install card, your share code, and who shared the site with you. They stay on your device unless you join the list or send a request.

What we never do

No analytics, no ad tracking, no advertising cookies, and we never sell or share your details. Requests and the fan list are seen only by Mon and his team.

Who else touches it

• Cloudflare hosts this site and stores what you send us. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that our forms are filled in by a person.
• Resend delivers our emails, so it handles your email address and the message on its way to you.
• Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, so your browser asks Google for them.
• Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube and SoundCloud. When you tap to hear a song, it plays from wherever that song lives, and that service's own privacy policy covers its player.

Your choices

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom, and you can rejoin from the same page. Nothing is deleted on a timer. To see, correct or remove anything we hold about you, send a request through the form on Connect and say so, and we will take care of it. To stop phone alerts, turn notifications off for this site in your phone's settings or remove it from your home screen.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has joined the list, tell us through Connect and we will remove it.

If something is hard to use

Tell us through the same form on Connect, and we will fix it.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. The terms of use sit beside it.
